£100 per month with £100 initial consultation which includes full physiological profiling

and review of training history and training objectives.

 

#Sa Calobra

£150 per month with £100 initial consultation which includes full physiological profiling

and review of training history and training objectives. Includes free Training Peaks account.

 

#Ventoux

£250 per month with £100 initial consultation which includes full physiological profiling,

review of training history and training objectives and performance projection analysis.

Includes free Training Peaks account.

*Minimum 6 months commitment *Small fee for re-testing as required

 

Elements of packages

 

#Traditional FTP based training programmes - Box Hill Only

Using a more traditional critical power testing approach we will set training programmes

based on your Functional Threshold Power. #Customised training programmes with

Cragg Vale, Sa Calobra and Ventoux

 

All our training programmes are written individually and are based on your the latest

profiling tools to make a full assessment of your physiological properties including lactate,

fat-burning, and power abilities.  The aim of this is to improve 3 basic metrics the athletes

vo2 max, economy and body composition.

C - Monthly     S – Weekly     V – Weekly with daily adjustments

 

# Feedback and telephone check-in Detailed feedback on each training session including

response to any issues raised and a weekly/monthly 30 minutes phone call to review plan

and resolve any training issues.

B & C – Monthly feedback & check-in     S – Weekly feedback & check-in

V – Daily feedback weekly check-in

 

# Strength & Conditioning Following a detailed assessment of the athlete on and off the

bike, the athlete will receive a tailor-made strength and conditioning programme following

the principles of the Human Vortex Method.

B – No Strength Training programme     C - Core programme only

S – 1 programme plus core programme     V – 2 programmes (when required) plus core programme

 

# Nutrition guidance and advice, Based on your physiological requirements and

training programme plus event plan put together by our in-house Food Coach Alex

B & C– guidance and reading list     S – monthly check-in and plan     V – weekly check-in and plan

 

# Human First Many mid-life athletes struggle to balance sleep, mental & general health, work/life

balance, motivation, and goal setting by making use of the trainingpeaks metrics facility we can

help athletes understand how to overcome some of these issues.

B & C – guidance and reading     S – part of monthly check-in     V – part of weekly check-in

 

# Event planning Discussion over zoom/phone with Coach John around the plan for an event including

discussion around tactics, skills, and equipment included in the Sa Calobra and Ventoux packages only.
